What do you charge?

We find the property for you – Seek and Secure
Our service starts with searching for the property you want to buy at a price you want to pay and ends when the process is complete.

Our fee structure works on a sliding scale according to your budget and price range.

• Our fees are FIXED RATE.
• No VAT.
• No hidden costs or extras.

Registration Fee: £600.00 (non-refundable)

The fee covers an agreed continuous 5 month period and can be reviewed at any time. During this time, a charge of £100.00 ( one hundred pounds) will be made for each additional four week period, we will arrange a maximum of 4 viewings.

There are two ways of how to pay for C2C services:

Option A
You may choose to pay the whole amount when returning your Registration Form
e.g. Your budget is £96,000 – you pay C2C Properties £1,000 when returning your Registration Form or,

Option B
You may choose to pay the standard £600 when returning your Registration Form and the remaining £400 on exchange of contracts.

e.g. Your budget is £96,000 – you pay £600 when returning your Registration Form and £400 on exchange of contracts. 

You find your own property – Preview and Purchase
For a one-off fixed rate fee of £300.00 we will:

• Compile a detailed report with digital photographs (subject to vendors’ permission), of a specific property that has been located by you.
