A - No – Estate agents are employed by the vendor to sell a property, whereas we act exclusively for the purchaser to find the perfect Cornish home or investment property.

Q - Why should I pay you to find me a property in Cornwall when I can do it myself?
A - C2C Properties works exclusively for you. We save you time, effort and money by supplying you with comprehensive information on properties which match your criteria. For those who live out of the county, our services are especially useful.

Q - How do you find the properties?
A - Through a network of local contacts which include estate agents, property developers and private sellers we are able to hear about properties before they are advertised on the open market.

Q - What happens if I decide not to move after paying my registration fee
A - As our policy is to have a one off FIXED RATE fee with no hidden extras or charges, we are unable to refund any of the fee on research carried out prior to the change in circumstances.

Q - How long does the registration fee last?
A - Normally it will last 6 months, but this also depends on individual circumstances
