WHY THE COSTA DEL SOL?

 

The Costa del Sol is by far the most affluent of the Spanish Costa’s and boasts more than 300 days of sunshine per year. This region was visited by over 12 million tourists last year and is the number one destination for Britons who wish to buy a second home abroad. Demand for rental continues to rise due to the Costa del Sol providing stunning year round attractions. Beach tourists from May to September give way to golf tourists from October to May.
